Welcome to Not Heads, a consignment service for live online auctions and collectible sales, primarily conducted through the Whatnot platform. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

• All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate contact and payment information for payouts.
• By consigning with us, you affirm that you are the legal owner of all items provided for sale.

When you send items to Not Heads for sale, you are agreeing to our tiered consignment model:

• Tier 1 (30%): Items arrive ready-to-sell (pre-packed and labeled).
• Tier 2 (40%): We prepare, pack, and ship your items.
• Tier 3 (50%): Includes full-service plus promotion and enhanced listing priority.

Sales are conducted via live auctions or direct sale on Whatnot. Not Heads handles customer transactions, buyer communication, and fulfillment on your behalf.

• Payouts are processed within  5 business days after Whatnot releases the funds.
• Payments will be made via your selected method (PayPal, Venmo, bank transfer, etc.).
• Platform fees (e.g., Whatnot fees) are deducted before commission is applied.

You may choose to:

• Have unsold items returned (you cover return shipping),
• Allow us to relist in future shows, or
• Donate or discount them (with written approval).

We strictly do not accept the following:

• Firearms, ammunition, or weapon accessories
• Illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, or expired medications
• Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted materials
• Hazardous materials or flammable items
• Pornographic material or hate-promoting content

Any prohibited item will be immediately flagged and may be reported to authorities. The consignor is responsible for any legal consequences.

You are responsible for ensuring all items are:

• Authentic and legally obtained
• Accurately described and in sellable condition
• Functional (if applicable)

We reserve the right to reject any items deemed unfit for sale or unsafe for shipping.

Not Heads is not liable for lost or damaged items once they are sold and in transit via third-party shipping services. We are also not responsible for buyer disputes after verified delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, sending prohibited items, or hostile conduct.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Legal fees will be the responsibility of the party found in breach of this agreement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes.
